  Im not well versed in politics I dont much about it at all.
And Im not against Confederates or the South it
is
the  corrupt crooked politicians and crime in the street and crooked judges
and its what those southern men want all that power for when they misuse
and abuse what power they have in authority now it is
the corruption in the system that i hate. it is the orgainzed crime and
the obstructing justice and not caring about indiviual rights when all they
care about is "STATE RIGHTS" its all about "THEM" and thier System of southern government
and they just use that flag to get people in behind them that honor that flag
as part of history but that is not what it stands for to them it is all about
thier power and control . they they were in control and have thier police state
we would have no rights, look at SC now . They dont care about people they look down
on us like we are trash if we are not rich and powerful and in thier "class" and how
do they get thier money and power if they were not born in it most of them
got it by corruption.  the state of sc dont care about poor or disabled people
they dont care in the courts about your rights, they arrest you if you look at them
wrong and then wont let you sue them look at what all they did to me
and ive told every one there is to tell from day one and they all covered it up but
not only that,  but they stole files and manipulated judges and its just the wholes
system is corrupt and its all about protecting the state and the ones in power in gov
they dont give a good g dam about us and you know it.
they are mostly a bunch of old southern crooks who are dying off and has raised a new
breed of corruption to take thier place that is what i see and a bunch
of prosecutors for the state wanting to be in power in our governers office so they can
rise to power  and that is just what "I" know based on what I lived througy myself
and I dont even know about politics and Ive had to learn this the hard way

Im not against the confederacy as it applys to honor and history and all that.
Im certainly not against the memory of confederate solders or any soldiers.
Im not against the South but im against the corrupt ones that have been running the
south and they all need to be run off .

that is what i think.  you need to pay attention to what is really going
on cause the state of sc  is going to hell in a handbasket while they are bragging
on that southern confederate flag and how they think they won that war cause they
are behind the scenes running things like they want to and to hell with the federal gov
or the constitution. it is organized crime yes hell it is.
they dont care about helping the citizens of this state or educating us
or helping us when we are out of work or sick and they dont wanbt the fed gov
to do it either
they want to hog all that money for themselves
to put money in thier pocket and give themn power over us by keeping us sick
and poor and unedecated and beat down as a strategy so they can rise to power
and look down on us and keep telling yall that are hard core confederats

thinking oh you love the south but they are not for you. that flag is not flown for you
it is flown for those in power that are doing a whole lot of crimes behind the scenes is what i
believe  . i just believe it and there is no telling where they make thier money.
as far as im concerned there is no telling how deep it gets
all i can say is how they did me and then use my common sense
to see  how they mistreat people and cover up for the crimes of your law officers
and to hell with us and that is all i need to know.

NOT TO MENTION STUPID AS HELL ?  DOES BEING THIER "PROBATE JUDGE FOR THE STATE OF
SC" QUALIFY HIM AFTER THE LAST JOB HE DID  BEFORE HE LEFT PROSEUCUTORS OFFICE
TO GO IN PRIVATE PRACTICE A COUPLE YEARS JUST LONG ENOUGH TO RUIN
ME FOR LIFE AND HURT MY KIDS FOR THE SAKE OF A  CHILD PORN PERVERT COP SHERIFF
AND AN ABUSIVE MAN WITH RESTRAINING ORDER WHO BROTHER WAS FOUND GUILTY OF

WORKED WITH AND WHO PUT THEM IN THIER POSITIONS LIKE CHESS PIECES
AND THIS OLD SOUTHERN SYSTEM OF LAW IS WHERE THE CORRUPTION STARTS
IN THE COURTS AND I CAN ONLY SAY WHAT THEY DID TO ME CAUSE I KNOW THAT FIRST
HAND BUT I GOT PLENTY OF COMMON SENSE AND ALL YOU GOT TO DO IS READ
AND SEE WHO VOTES FOR WHAT AND  WHO PUTS THE JUDGES IN POSITION AND WHY
WHEN THEY SIDE WITH THE STATE AND COVER UP FOR STATE CRIMES KNOWING THE TRUTH
AND TURNING THIER HEAD TO IT IT IS OBSTRUCION OF JUSTICE
AND WHEN THOSE SOUTHERN MEN ARE ORGANIZED AND PART OF A GROUP AND STATES

IN THE SC FED COURT AND I KNOW HOW THEY LOST AND STOLE AND MISFILED ALL MY SAME
EVIDENCE IN THOSE COURTS BEFORE THOSE JUDGES AND JUST STOLE MY FILES FROM
ABBEVILE COURT HOUSE , TO THE SC DISTRICT AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED IN THE APPEALS
COURT AND NOW LOOK AT WHAT

THE DAM LAW CLERK IS DOING TO ME IN THE US SUPREME COURT
THAT CANT ALL BE COINCIDENCE OR NEGLIGENCE OR ACCIDENT.

SOME BAD IS WRONG .  THEY SHOULD BE MORE PROFESSIONAL IN THE US SUPREME COURT
IM NOT BLAMING THE JUDGES,  THEY PROBABLY NEVER SAW MY WRIT BUT EVEN IF THEY
DID BY GOD THEY NEVER SAW MY MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION CAUSE
THEY SENT IT BACK TO  WITHOUT EVEN PRESENTING IT TO THEM CALLING IT A MOTION TO EXTEND TIME

IS SHE STUPID ? OR DO THEY HAVE IDIOTS AS LAW CLERKS THERE TOO ?

AND THE JUDGE NEVER RULED ON MY ORIGIAL MOTION TO EXTEND TIME THAT I FILED WITH
THE PETITION FOR WRIT OF CERTIORARI, AND I BET YOU THOSE JUDGES NEVER EVEN SEE
MY PETITION OR MOTION IN NOV OR MY DRS STATEMENT,  AND THERE WAS NO JUDGES
SIGNATURE ON IT I BET THE LAW CLERK IS THE ONE THAT DISMISSED IT , FOR ALL I KNOW
CAUSE NEXT THING  I KNOW SOME OTHER GIRL NAMED SANDRA SENDS ME A LETTER
AND RETURNS MY DAM MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION CALLING IT SOMETHING ELSE
AND SHE CANT BE THAT STUPID AND SHE DIDNT RETURN MY ENVELOPE WITH THE DATE ON IT

Two of the many white intellectuals who upheld and argued for that system in the old south were Thurmond and Rehnquist.

When he was governor of South Carolina in 1948, Thurmond ran for President on a "states' rights" (code for "white power") ticket, advocating "segregation of all the races". In 1964 Thurmond stumped the south for the blatantly racist presidential campaign of Barry Goldwater (as, of course, did the independent counsel Kenneth Starr). Ever since, in his deplorably long political career, Thurmond has continued to appeal to the racial prejudice of an electorate which has rewarded him with an eternal place in the Senate.

Before he began his political career, Thurmond was a circuit court judge. In that capacity, in 1941, he presided over the trial of a 17-year-old black tenant farmer called Samuel Osborne.

This man's basic crime was that he refused to work on a Saturday when the white plantation owner, William Walker, demanded his presence. Boss Walker, enraged by Osborne's refusal, stormed over to his shack carrying his .32-calibre pistol and the club with which he regularly beat his tenants. Osborne was sleeping and woke to find Boss Walker standing over him with a pistol. He reached for his own shotgun and fired, killing Walker.

Even in the south and even in the 1940s, Osborne was entitled to be tried by a jury of his peers and to rely on his right to self-defence. The Supreme Court had ruled just a year before the trial that the exclusion of blacks from juries was unconstitutional. Yet Thurmond allowed an all-white jury to try Osborne. He failed in his summing up to mention the right to self-defence. And when the jury duly found Osborne guilty, he sentenced him to death.

This was one of the main sources of Thurmond's popularity and one of the achievements which impelled him towards the governor's mansion a few years later.

Im just trying to connect the dots. Prosecutors wanting to run the states
and look out for the interests of the States but yet protect the sheriff and

that is corruption in the courts ,see my case. and its like they are trying

rights. its the same corrupt southern powers that has been in place all these years
and i call that a Syndicate and Organized CRIME it is organized and has been
for years according what im finding out.  so why do these people get by with

The Top of the Mountain is all inside me. But how do I run straight uphill
when I cant even run at all ? That takes muscle. But it can be done its just
hard it takes work. But my two companions in my dream said I can do it and
that makes my feet like hinds feet , the only way to get to the top of a mountain
is climb and just do it straight up. youre supposed to climb mountains.

but in my dream I was almost at the top of the mountain looking up at my two
compainions and the grass was green green grass  and I was running up looking
back at the grizzly bear that was gone. it didnt chase me up the top

   A giant grizzley bear was after me and these two males on the side of a rocky mountain and I tried
to distract the bear while he was grabbing at us all so they could run back down hill and the dream
took forever, It must have stopped so I would have time to think of what to do cause it was in
slow motion I guess cause the bear didnt get me . Next I was running uphill with those two
males who came back to save me and said, Come on Run uphill , dont do what the books say and lay
there and play dead , do what works, I said , I cant run I cant run uphill no way but yet I was
running almost straight up hill and I looked back and the bear was GONE. It worked.

Im still half asleep trying to remember the other dreams but  I cant .If I have to interpre it
I would say  I bet this dream
was about those two men being the two male compainions on the story of Hinds Feet on high places
and Im in the middle of the rocky mountain with my heart tumor and other stuff that has
put off my journey to the top of the mountain and they are telling me dont get an operation
dont do what everyone else does. Do what Works. Take the path straight up even though its harder
do what works and you will be almost at the top of the green green grass Mountain Top.
The two males are at the top looking down at me.
 
Now that Im waking up, I think the running straight up hill
could also be because I have to sleep sitting up and the top of the
"hill" then would be my brain. meaning , The answer is all in my brain.
The top of the mountain ,syboliclly would be my mind and soul. The

HANDLING MY CASE, SHE SENT MY WHOLE MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION BACK
AND YOU SEE THAT ON MY SKY DRIVE FILES ,  CALLING "IT"my MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION " A MOTION TO EXTEND TIME".
THAT WAS FILED WAY BACK IN NOVEMBER, I CANT FIGURE OUT WHAT GOES ON IN THERE BUT ITS NOT PROFESSIONAL.

THAT IS STUPID THE JUDGES NEVER EVEN RESPODED TO MY MOTION TO EXTEND TIME ON THE PETITION
FOR WRIT AND I BET YOU THAT THEY NEVER EVEN SAW IT, JUST LIKE MY MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION
IT WAS JUST "DONE AWAY WITH".  WHO DO YOU TRUST ? THEY WONT EVEN LET YOU TALK TO THE CLERK

THING BACK.  I TALKED TO THE LAW CLERKS  SUPERVISOR HE DIDNT SAY THERE WAS ANY TIME LIMIT

  Since that law clerk was so rude then, my motion for reconsideration was sent back and they never
even answered my motion for extention of time for medical urgency when I filed the Petition for Writ
and they obviously didnt even have a clue what they were talking about ,

even though they denied it, the law clerks and lawyers could have done all that just like

I might as well say everything I got to say cause My heart hurts worse,and

of the courts and keep it up online so If I die at least the Truth is Told.

starting back in the 80s till the 97 incident that started all these past years
of abuse and false arrest and house arrest and ruining all my records and smearing of

and its the Justice System that allowed it Its the State and County that did it
but the Justice System still allows it cause they wont give me anyway to fix it
and it would SO EASY SO SIMPLE. The stroke of a pen grants my Habeas , It would dismiss
my case, It would clear my name,Expunge my records every one of them
and it would easy to find that original court order and Judge Rucker do what he said
and reverse that desision of joint custody giving him priroity custody acknowledging
he has no parental rights and errors were made in the court and that there was no substancial
change to Justify that change it was based on a false arrest and house arrest
that was all lies.  So simple to stop the abuse . But its all about pride  to them.
they would rather ruin lives for years than to be held accountable and not only them cause it is
not up to them but the ones that are their lawyers that cover up for them are in high positions
of responsibility that is turning thier heads to crimes and that makes them just as guilty
and they are keeping me from Justice.
