    Ill have to edit it and re write it first but this is my rough draft copy, it sucks but I cant write letters or file court papers right, I just do the best I can , I get so upset when I talk about it and i got so many thoughts in my head that all want to come out at once, I just cant organize it and calmly write it all in order no matter how hard i try. but at least i do try. I will fight till the death, literally till my death which might not be long the way I been feeling lately.....  LETTER... SO FAR....

I’m writing to inform you that I have downloaded a copy of the Petition for Writ of Certiorari that I filed in the US Supreme Court in Washington D.C. on November 24, 2009.  I wanted to send you each, a copy as I did to the parties involved, which is the South Carolina State Attorney, but I can’t afford all the copies and postage. I feel like this case does concern and would interest you, even though it is poorly done but I’m not an attorney, I can’t be expected to do it exactly right.  I think that the US Attorney should actually be a party in this case but the court just put SC instead on it when I filed for the Petition for Habeas , and said it is a federal question of law, I see now they ended up questioning that I’m under house arrest so I guess they knew ahead of time which way they would go with it after hiding all my evidence in the files, not giving me an attorney for habeas, but I am under house arrest and the evidence I filed got missing in 3 courts so how can I be heard ?  I cant even get a hearing and never even got a trial because they all cover it up .Alabama should have been a party I would think, they falsely accused me on purpose but worse they then abused their authority to lie and have me extradited on two governors warrants as a fugitive from Justice, knowing for a fact that was not even possible. This was done initially by my abusive ex and his buddy in the sheriff dept in Abbeville , SC, who was later arrested by the FBI for his child pornography and taking photos of his own son naked with his friends and watching it on his computer, his wife turned him in and that is the type of men who abused me then Marion Johnson the chief deputy to the sheriff they all got involved and done their dirty work then got the state attorneys involved in it then had to cover it up and I’m still trying to be heard . They have lied from day one and stole files and documents out of the “criminal” files and then in the SC District court they even filed my evidence for Habeas in the civil case on purpose but the Judge Ross Anderson didn’t read it anyway but it was all put in the wrong case never properly before the court , these are the same files taken out of the files in Abbeville court house, then in the court of appeals the same exact evidence was not even before the Judges, then they too refused to put my files in the proper case file even though I asked them to at least cross file. They have no intentions of letting me tell on them that is what the deal is. And they refused to even put it up on pacer, I even had the clerks there tell me that federal judges do what ever they want to do and they looked in both courts, clerks looked and could not find the paper files then when they looked on the computers there was barely anything and none of my evidence was up online even for the judge to read and they said Judge Ross Anderson is one Judge that never gets the paper file and only reads what the law clerk puts up. They just absolutely would not and will not let me be heard just like they never would let me have a trial not even a hearing and when the Judge after 2 years had a Motion to dismiss before him , the state would not let him dismiss this case even when he told them, they don’t even have a case, DSS is not even involved they kept the case open for re indictment and I was told not to go anywhere , do not leave the state of sc be in my curfew hours and that was After the Judge did grant our motion to quash the original indictment I was still under house arrest, the judge granted only one motion , he did not grant the motion to dismiss or the motion to suppress because the case was kept open and they did that on purpose then later got a family court judge at Frank Addy the prosecutor who because a family court lawyer for a short time , he asked the local judge who they always get what they want with, to court order me not to leave the state as well so I could not move to Alabama and that is what my ex and Don Morris and Marion Johnson set out to do and I want you to know and to read the flat out lies they told to everyone and to the grand jury and to the Governor of this state to be able to control and abuse me and then cover it up and have just about killed me literally. I recently had to go to the Emergency room and now they have found a heart tumor on top of it all and I am not going to die until all of you hear me and help me, I got this filed in the US Supreme court but you know they only take a few cases, I need them to at least hear me and let me speak. Since this whole thing started I have never even got a trial I have lived under house arrest and they arrested me up till 2005 using the family court to do it when I was sick even though he had temp  custody * though his parental rights were permanently terminated by DSS and the family court in July 88 , they still let him have temp custody to keep me from moving and later joint custody but made me pay him all our money we needed to live on and I was so sick I almost died from their abuse yet they kept putting me in jail ever little bit I got behind, to retaliate because I was telling on them and fighting them and that is not all I want you to know about I want you to investigate some other of their crimes down here that has gone on for years and I’m just tired of it.  Ya’ll need to listen to me and investigate this and give me some Justice before I die. I don’t know what else to do , even the lawyers that I paid along the way ,after they talk to them they just let my case sit then I fire them and they keep my money, its like I’m ‘blackballed” or something , one lawyer even told me if she sued them down here she would never win a case, another lawyer said, do not go over their head and looked at me like I would be killed or something and everyone knows so much on these people down here its just common knowledge if you got money you can get anything you want or get out of anything you want. That and worse is all another story it don’t relate to me, I don’t have money so when I try to tell on them this is what I got. They stole my whole life and just ruined me. took my kids caused me to lose everything ,made me so sick for years I had to just sleep for months at a time and now they are lying and hiding the files and saying that I have not been under house arrest, that just cause it was quashed and they stole the motion to dismiss out of the files and even the judges would not let my case be online or on pacer or in the right case files or properly filed, in 3 courts the same evidence I had to show and prove my case was stolen missing or mis filed until they made me lose in SC district then in the appeals court and you can see I’m not that good at explaining things , its just so traumatic, I have PTSD and high blood pressure and now other health issues because of the stress and I’m not that educated in the first place enough to allow me to file in the courts and I know ya’ll are on their side too just because of your job but you are still supposed to be fair and Just and when you see crimes in the courts and the sheriff office and legal justice system you have a duty to arrest them and investigate and listen to me and do something about it. I have a right to tell ya’ll and expect you to do something and at least give me a fair hearing somehow. But after this I’m going to file a lawsuit

Against the whole court system for doing this to me and not even letting me be heard and now they fixed it where there is just nothing I can do about it casue if they are a federal Judge and court and they throw it out and say I was not under house arrest and what ever they want to what can I do about it ? nothing. That is why I’m telling Congress , someone of you has to be on my side , they should have given me a lawyer and you know it but by saying it was house arrest , they got out of that, saying I cant have a lawyer under house arrest because I’m not in jail behind bars then they said I’m not even under house arrest and by GOD if a you are extradited on 2 federal felony fugitive from justice warrants and Judges tell me do not leave this state and be in your curfew and even after the indictment is quashed I’m told not to go anywhere and this case is not dismissed, deliberately, and they stole the motion to dismiss out of the files which shows they are hiding it, I filed my copy but they will not acknowledge a true court copy showing it and hide the files and wont read it, that is a crime. But if I was told by federal judges and judges of general sessions lawyers and prosecutors not to leave or go anywhere the case is still open and not dismissed and I do what they say and they keep arresting me then I most certainly am under house arrest and they still wont even dismiss the case  . I asked them they wont dismiss it they will not let me have a lawyer never had a trial they wont let me be heard , they just did what ever they wanted to do and to hell with me. That is corruption that is a crime for them to all conspire and do this to me and my kids for nothing not a thing. Read my case the best you can it was just abusive men. That is all it ever was I did not do one thing wrong. They knew I was moving that I had moved and that I was not even residing at my house prior to my moved cause I was moving my stuff out. They broke in without a search warrant after they knew I moved and took photos of my house no furniture etc and lied and said I lived there and left my four teenagers alone when I moved and that was a flat out bald faced lie, they knew it and even in that same report they said I had them with me, and two of them were waiting at my cousins house as I was packing to move, they all knew I was moving I had changed my address with family court and the post office months prior and reserved my u haul talked to all of them up town that day nothing was going on, they went and kidnapped my 2 kids from my cousins house even before I left and that was just the child porn cop and abusive ex husband doing their dirty work it was not for any reason and they had no court  order or anything they just did it for spite. Then lied to try to cover their tracks after they did more crimes and I can not die with this heart tumor knowing they did all this and made me suffer like an animal till I’m about dead and just get by with it.

   I dont really have any real friends over on twitter, a lot of people might read it but no one
even knows me or cares about me in real life. Im just getting bored over there.  Ive been on Spaces

I FILED  IN THREE COURTS  ALL GOT MISSING OR MISDIRECTED NOT FILED
THE JUDGES DID NOT PROPERLY READ OR REVIEW IT

THEY ALL JUST GET WHAT THYEWANT.

AND  LAWYERS HAVE TOLD ME THEY CANT WIN A CASE DOWN HERE IF THEY GO AGAINST THEM

THEY ALL HELP EACH OTHER.  THE LAWYERS THE PROSECTUTORS  AND THE JUDGES

MAYBE NOT EVERYONE IS CROOKED  BUT THEY DONT FIGHT THEM.

COURT CASE I SAW HIM WITH MY OWN EYES   AND THE CLERKS TOLD ME BEFOER
THEY WERE TOLD NOT TO TAKE THE WHOLE FILE OUT

AND WHERE IS ALL MY MISSING COURT ORDERS AND FILES  JUST LIKE IN THE CRIMINAL COURT

AND  THEN THAT INDICTMENT  WAS GOTTEN BY MARION JOHNSON THE LYING BASTARD  WENT IN THAT
SMALL HOT LITTLE ROOM WITH 200 CHARGES AND CAME OUT WITH 200 TRUE BILLS INDICTMENTS

AND EVEN THE JUDGE SCOFFED AND SHOOK HIS HEAD HE SAID

I DONT CARE HOW MANY YOU TAKE IN YOU COME OUT WITH ALL INDICTMENTS
EVERYTIME

AND THEY TELL LIES AND WONT LET THE DEFENDANT TALK TO THE GRAND JURY  OR HEAR WHAT LIES THEY ARE TELLING
AND WONT LET THE JURY OUT OF THE SMALL HOT ROOM WITH NO WINDOWS

UNTIL THEY GET WHAT THEY WANT. AND MARION JOHNSON  KNEW THE DAM TRUTH AND FACTS

I TALKED TO MAGISTRATES  THE TOWN LAWYER  THE DAY I WAS MOVING IN THE UHAUL

I TALKED TO LAWYERS THAT DAY  COPS   AND WENT UP THERE SEVERAL TIMES  ANY ONE OF THEM
HAD ANY CHANCE IF THEY HAD ANYTHIGN TO SAY TO ME ABOUT ANYTHING

THERE WAS NOTHING GOING ON THERE WAS NOT ANY DAM COURT PAPERS FILED  BEFORE OR WHEN I MOVED

THA TIS BULLSHIT.   THAT WAS A SET UP AND THEY ALL KNOW IT.

AND NOW THYE GOT THESE JUDGES IN SC DISTRICT COURT

AND SOMEONE IN THE APPEALS COURT  THAT HID MY EVIDENCE  AND I DOUBT THEY GOT IT ALL EVEN NOW

THEY DID NOT PROPERLY FILE IT.  AND THE FILES HAVE LONG BEEN MISSING IN ABBEVILLE COURT

G DAM THEY ARE EFING CROOKED AS HELL OVER THER. THEY CN GO IN AND TAKE OUT ANYTHING THEY WANT
TO IT IS EASY  ALL THEY DO IS

GO SLIP IT OUT OF THE FIELS SO JUDGES NEVER SEE IT


  IF THE GOVERNMENT WOULD TAKE TIME TO INVESTIGATE THESE DAM LAWEYRS IN ABBEVILLE

THE ONES THAT WOULD NOT HELP ME ARE PROBABLY THE SAME DAM ONES THAT KNOW WHAT GOES ON

THEY INDICT YOU TO INTIMIDATE YOU AND DRAG IT ON TILL YOU ARE SO SICK YOU FEEL

I never told anyone this, but just like when I was in that Alabama jail for that FALSE ARREST

blogs, i was the one that wanted to "BROADCAST MYSELF" using a camera and putting it on my msn space
to have a radio station from my winebego, i never did do it but someone did. but  if I fix or msn created
a space just like twitter only better don t worry We were doing that long before any of them were
